Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the item as per our Return Policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order:

- Provide your order number and registered email address
- Our team will verify the order status
- If not yet shipped, we'll cancel your order
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
Cancellation Timeframe
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Orders can typically be cancelled within 12-24 hours of placement, depending on when they're processed for shipment.
Important: Once an order is marked "Dispatched" or "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund After Cancellation
For orders cancelled before shipment, you'll receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Since we use Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to your provided account details.
Partial Cancellation
If you've ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only some of them, contact us immediately. We'll attempt to modify your order if it hasn't been processed yet. If already processed, you can refuse delivery of specific items or return them after delivery.
Cancellation by Comercio Bazar
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information errors
- Unable to verify order details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery address is unserviceable
If we cancel your order, you'll receive an email notification and a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:
- Customized or personalized products
- Special order items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
